Service Pack 3Mandatory
From the charter company: Includes:
1. Initial Bed Linen for every cabin (Sanitary mattress cover, underside sheet, two pillows with
sanitary covers and pillowcases, 2 single sheets for cover) - No towels, No blankets
2. Initial kitchen materials (wash-up liquid, sponge, fast-wiping absorbing cloth, plastic
garbage bags, kitchen paper roll, kitchen towel, oven gloves, lighter or matches, cutting
board, heat resistant surfaces).
3. Initial toilet materials (Handwash liquid, shampoo, 2 toilet rolls, plastic trash bags) for each
WC space.
4. Two (2) gas bottles (one "as is" and one full). One basket with clothes pegs.
5. Use of six (6) pairs of flippers (different sizes) and two (2) masks with snorkels.
6. Use of Dinghy with 2 oars and air-pump.
7. End Cleaning fee for all yacht exterior and interior spaces (cabins, salon and heads), for
kitchen appliances, cutlery and crockery and for Bed Linen.
8. Mooring fees at Alimos for the first and the final charter days.
9. Electricity and Water consumption at Alimos during the first and the final charter days.

Tech Support Pack 3Mandatory
From the charter company: Compulsory Tech Support Pack 3 is a charge for the first week (subsequent weeks charged
at 50% each), which includes:
1. Refundable Security Deposit Reduction to only 30% of the original Security Deposit
amount, at 750 EUR for the specific yacht.
2. A Discount Voucher for a future trip, for the amount of 40% of the Compulsory Tech
Support Pack fees will be issued, if the yacht returns with no damage and no loss of equipment.
3. Subscription to Jason's Eye, SeaStar's real time data collection, transmission, monitoring and
analysis system (connected to each yacht), with automatic alarms 24/7 and tailored
suggestions during work hours, at the client's mobile telephone.
4. No charge for any damage or loss, if any damage and/or loss costs upon return, are less
than 100 EUR in total. If more, normal charges from 1st Euro apply.
5. 8/5 Technical support through email or text messages (SMS, What's UP, Viber) by the use of
text, photos and videos, from Monday-Friday (09.00h to 17.00h) for a total of 3 hours
involvement, per week. Further hours can be charged, at Alimos support rates.
6. Sailor's Guide book (on how to avoid or manage, Damage, Accident, Failure and Trouble).
Delivered both in digital (prior to departure) and in print format (before Check-in).
7. Check list with 92 functional checks of the yacht's equipment at Check-in.
8. Check-in Assistant's fee for the 2-4 hours duration of the Check-in procedure.
9. Updated copies of the Service Certificates of the yacht (available in a binder at the chart
table).

6.2 Technical: At location, visit expenses (per visit)Optional
From the charter company: Transportation expenses for one technician with tools and spare parts to any place of the Saronic, Argolic and the Cyclades sailing areas. Spare part costs and man hours spent, are charged as if provided at the Alimos base.
6.3 Technical: 17/7 Technical support (per week)Optional
From the charter company: Technical support through email or SMS, What's UP, Viber, out of Office hours, on Sunday and every day of the week between 07.00 and 24.00, for a total of 5 hours involvement per week, by the use of text, photos and videos. Further hours can be charged, at Alimos support rates. Must be booked at least 2 months prior to departure.

From the charter company: Not offered anymore due to client reports of bad reception in many areas.
